Carrier Details
Our carrier is currently Parcelforce Worldwide, and deliveries can be made to both residential and business addresses. We offer only a 48 hour shipping service, and can deliver on weekdays between 9 and 4.30pm.
If we try to deliver while you are out a card will be left giving details of your local collection point. You can contact this collection point to arrange a new convenient delivery time or call and collect the goods yourself.
We are unable at present to offer any other service due to the prohibitive costs of shipping some of the items we offer for sale.
Important
Please ensure that you have your items shipped to an address where there will be someone to sign for the parcel, as it will not be possible to deliver the parcel without a signature. You must ensure you are available at your chosen delivery address to receive the goods.
Delivery Destinations
In order to offer a better service to our customers, we have now extended the areas of the UK and surrounding areas we can dispatch to. Unfortunately, some of those areas incur additional postage charges. We have endeavoured to keep such charges to a minimum, and we have selected the most competitive rates available.
