The guarantee is invalid if the failure was caused by incorrect installation,misuse or abuse,accidental,failure to follow measuring or fitting instructions,normal wear and tear or,in the case of wooden venetians blinds,warpage due to exposure to high humidity SAMPLE REQUESTS Although we do our best to represent the colour and texture of our blinds as accurately as possible,computer monitors vary significantly.Our blinds are custom made,we can not accept any responsibility for blinds which do not match your decor exactly.Please request a sample before placing your order as we only accept returns in cases where we have supplied incorrectly.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL As your window blinds are made to measure your blinds order will be given a slot and components ordered you will have a 6 hour cancellation period only of which you can do so by way of email.once we have been informed of order cancellation Blind trader will then refund your payment less a 6%surcharge this charge is because we will then have to spend time and money cancelling your order.After the 6 hour period has elapsed you will not be able to cancell your order as your order will be in production and materials,fabrics and components will be cut to size to make and deliver your made to measure products OUR RIGHT TO CANCELL BLIND TRADER have the right to cancell your order if _ 1) if we have insufficient stock to manufacture the goods ordered 2)
The goods ordered unknown to us have suddenly been discontinued 3) A pricing error has occured due to system failure within our database or website 4) Blind Trader would notify you of this by email and no discount or compensation can be offered under this unforseen circumstances. DELIVERY OF YOUR GOODS Please allow for additional delivery time during the christmas,new year period- deliveries are mon-fri between 8am and 6pm requiering a signature upon delivery. If our couriers are unable to deliver your order following leaving a calling card and subsequent delivery attempts, you will incur a re delivery charge, therefore its important to select an appropriate delivery address, to avoid additional re-delivery/change of address charge. Delivery takes approximately 5 working days for most products ordered.
We can not be held responsible for late deliveries due to problems with courier services or customers not being present to sign for the goods on delivery. All goods will be delivered to the address provided and must be signed for upon receipt. We are unable to offer refunds or exchange blinds that have been inaccurately measured or selected in an inappropriate finish. We simply manufacture your blinds as per your order so please ensure your dimensions are accurate. However we will endeavour to trim your blind if possible for an additional fee, which would also include the cost of collection/ return to us and re delivery of your order.
